Lessons

Single (1) lesson – 1hr or part thereof (multiple lessons can be booked with a 30min gap between lessons for student/tutor comfort) .

To confirm any lesson, LESSON(S) REQUIRE PAYMENT AT LEAST 24HRS IN ADVANCE. If a lesson is not confirmed within 24 hours of the lesson start time, it may be cancelled in my diary.

Any and all enquiries re: 2022 timetabling/lessons or billing, must be raised before 01/01/2023.

Payments:

I will supply my bank details to genuine students.

NB: In the reference section can you use the following template:

DTT / Name of student / Date(s) of lessons

EG: DTT/Jeremy/04,05,06 April

Times:

All times in GMT/UTC

Cancellations:

Sometimes, life happens and lessons have to be rearranged, but that does not make cancelled lessons any less frustrating! With this in mind, my cancellation policy has been written to ensure that students have a reasonable degree of flexibility, but that I am protected against last minute change-of-plans or “bail outs”!

Students can cancel any time up to 24 hours before the lesson for free, but any lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be charged 100% of the total lesson fee.

Any lessons that are either cancelled after the start of the lesson or where the student never informs me that a lesson could not take place, will again be charged full price. If a lesson is booked and the student does not join the lesson or contact me, I will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the lesson.

Greater than 24hrs of lesson: 0% forfeit of lesson fee.

24hrs or less of lesson: 100% forfeit of lesson fee

NB: If you pay by invoice: all invoices are PAY ON RECEIPT. If an invoice is not paid within 7 days of electronic receipt, interest will be charged at 20% per week. Fees subject to change.
