The first bit of CAD/CAM software you will use in D&T will be Techsoft’s 2D Design V2.

Whatever you design, remember to back up your work every 5 minutes. Then you must remember to export it as a .dxf file and put it in the DT Dropbox in order for the laser to read your file correctly. Red means cut. Green means etch.
